Our Care Staff

Storm Homecare Ltd will recruit staff with the appropriate qualifications, skills, experience, attitude and aptitude to provide care to Service Users, or otherwise meet the needs of the job and maintain such standards as to uphold and enhance the reputation of Storm Homecare Ltd.

All prospective staff will undergo interviews and must demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the job. Identiy and skills checks will be made to verify that staff are eligible to work in this country and that references are genuine.

Where an applicant will be working in a position that is deemed to be exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 then they will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure CRB Check and checks against the Protection of Vulnerable Adults Register. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory outcome of this process
